Refund Policy

Kazepute operates on a no-refund policy. All charges are final once processed. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Partial month usage after cancellation
  • Custom ISO uploads and usage

Why No Refunds?

When you deploy a Breeze, we immediately allocate dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, storage, IP address) on our infrastructure. These resources cannot be reclaimed or resold once allocated, even if you cancel after a few hours.

Cancellation

You may cancel (destroy) your Breeze at any time through the portal. Once destroyed:

  • Billing stops at the next cycle date
  • You retain access until the current period ends
  • No further charges will occur

Disputed Charges

If you believe you were charged in error:

  1. Contact our support team with your invoice number
  2. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors
  3. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us — we are happy to help resolve issues directly

Exceptions

We may offer credit at our discretion for:

  • Extended outages caused by our infrastructure
  • Billing errors on our end
  • Service that was never successfully provisioned
