Notification Settings
- Go to Account
- Find the Email Notifications section
- Toggle notifications on or off
What Can Be Toggled
- Product updates and announcements
- Support ticket notifications
What Can't Be Toggled
Essential transactional emails cannot be disabled:
- Billing confirmations and receipts
- Provisioning status updates
- Security alerts (password changes, suspicious activity)
- Payment failure notices
