How to Manage Your Kazepute Subscription

Accessing Billing

Log into your Kazepute portal and navigate to Account Settings. Your current plan, billing status, and payment method are displayed on the dashboard.

Payment Methods

Kazepute processes all payments through Stripe, supporting major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your initial deployment. Your card is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. The system retries failed payments automatically. After multiple consecutive failures, your Breeze may be suspended to prevent further charges. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

Cancellation

You can cancel and destroy your Breeze at any time from the portal. Once destroyed, billing stops immediately. Note that all data is permanently deleted upon server destruction — ensure you have backups of anything important before cancelling.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once a Breeze has been provisioned. We recommend testing with our smallest plan if you are evaluating the service.
