DNS records map domain names to your Breeze's IP address. Configure these at your domain registrar.

Essential DNS Records

  • A Record — Maps your domain to an IPv4 address
    example.com → 198.48.63.241
  • CNAME Record — Creates an alias
    www.example.com → example.com
  • MX Record — Routes email
    mail.example.com → 198.48.63.241
  • TXT Record — Verification and SPF/DKIM

Common Setup

  1. Point your domain's A record to your Breeze's IP address
  2. Add a CNAME for www pointing to your root domain
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours, usually minutes)

Check DNS

dig example.com
dig www.example.com
nslookup example.com
