You can start, stop, restart, and shut down your Breeze from the dashboard.
Power Controls
Navigate to Breezes → [Your Server] and use the power controls:
- Start — boots a stopped server
- Shutdown — sends an ACPI shutdown signal (graceful)
- Reboot — restarts the server gracefully
- Stop — forces an immediate power-off (like pulling the plug)
- Reset — forces an immediate reboot
When to Use Each
Shutdown and Reboot are safe options that let the OS clean up before powering off. Use Stop and Reset only if the server is unresponsive.
Note: A stopped Breeze still incurs charges. To stop billing, you must destroy the Breeze.
